By using Njemanyi (the "Platform") or any Njem service, you agree to our mission: Send Anything. Anywhere. On Time. These terms ensure a safe, reliable, and professional experience for all users in the Coal City.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

By accessing or using the Njemanyi mobile application or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and Njemanyi Ltd.

2. The "Njem" Services

Njemanyi provides a multi-service logistics engine connecting users with verified independent third-party providers ("Partners"). These services include but are not limited to:

  • Njem Food: Ordering and delivery of meals from local vendors.
  • Njem Parcel: On-demand logistics for the movement of physical packages.
  • Njem Docs: High-priority delivery of documents and essential paperwork.

3. User Responsibilities

To maintain the integrity of the network, users must:

  • Provide accurate location and contact information.
  • Ensure that items sent via Njem Parcel do not contain prohibited substances, illegal items, or hazardous materials.
  • Maintain the security of their Njemanyi account credentials.

4. Payments, Fees, and Refunds

All service fees are calculated based on distance, demand, and service type. Payments are processed via the Platform's secured payment gateway. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis according to our internal Refund Policy, primarily focused on instances of service failure or non-delivery attributed to the Platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Njemanyi Ltd acts as a technology intermediary. While we verify every Partner, we are not responsible for the direct actions, omissions, or quality of products provided by third-party vendors. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, with specific jurisdiction granted to the courts within Enugu State.
